Thomas Howell, Jr.
For more than 30 years, Thomas Howell, Jr. has dedicated his career to helping people grow, evolve, and create meaningful change in their lives through coaching, leadership, and personal development. Much of his professional background was built in the golf industry, where he served as a golf instructor and regional manager for one of the world’s largest golf instruction companies, delivering more than 47,000 lessons and earning multiple awards for leadership, instruction, and client development throughout his career.
While golf was the foundation of his coaching journey, Thomas’s passion has always extended far beyond performance alone. His work has consistently centered around helping people build confidence, strengthen communication, and create deeper connections in both their personal and professional lives. His approachable style, grounded presence, and ability to create trust have made him a respected mentor and coach for decades.
In addition to his coaching and leadership background, Thomas is also a health coach and self-taught chef who believes wellness is deeply connected to how we nourish ourselves physically, emotionally, and relationally. His approach blends mindset, lifestyle balance, emotional awareness, and authentic human connection to support growth from the inside out.
Today, Thomas brings this unique combination of coaching expertise, wellness philosophy, and life experience into his work as an intimacy coach. He works with individuals and couples to deepen emotional and physical connection, improve communication, cultivate confidence, and create more fulfilling relationships.
Thomas believes intimacy is not just about relationships with others, but also about the relationship we have with ourselves. His mission is to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where people can reconnect with themselves, rediscover desire, and build healthier, more authentic lives together.

Dr. Mara Windsor is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician, wellness advocate, and physician coach dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health, fulfillment, and performance in every stage of life. As a graduate of Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine (AZCOM), Dr. Windsor has been practicing medicine since 2005 and has built a career centered on patient care, physician well-being, education, and mentorship.
As the Owner and Chief Medical Officer of Dr. Housecalls of the Valley, Dr. Windsor specializes in a comprehensive and personalized approach to wellness, with a focus on hormone replacement therapy, longevity medicine, preventive healthcare, and whole-person wellness. She works closely with patients experiencing symptoms related to hormonal imbalance, helping them understand how hormones influence energy, mood, cognitive function, sleep, weight management, confidence, sexual health, intimacy, and overall quality of life. Through individualized treatment plans and evidence-based care, she empowers patients to restore balance, strengthen relationships, and optimize their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Windsor is a nationally recognized leader in physician wellness. During the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, she has served as the National Wellness Spokesperson for the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), a Peer and Litigation Coach for Envision Physician Services, and a Peer Coach for the Arizona Medical Association. Her coaching work supports healthcare professionals navigating career challenges, litigation stress, burnout, leadership development, and personal growth, helping them build resilience both personally and professionally.
Dr. Windsor's passion for wellness extends into medical education and mentorship. She is a former Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and a former Clinical Assistant Professor at Midwestern University AZCOM. Throughout her career, she has held numerous leadership roles, including Clinical Site Director, CME Director, Education Director, President of the Arizona Chapter of Emergency Physicians (AzCEP), and Founding Chair of the AzCEP Wellness Committee.
Driven by her background in psychology and positive psychology principles, Dr. Windsor founded Living In Fulfilled Enlightenment (L.I.F.E.), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the well-being of healthcare professionals and community members through education, wellness initiatives, coaching, and life enhancement programs. Through L.I.F.E., she advocates for a culture where wellness is not a luxury, but a necessity for sustainable success, meaningful relationships, and personal fulfillment.
Dr. Windsor resides in Paradise Valley, Arizona, with her husband, three children, and three dogs. Whether caring for patients through Dr. Housecalls of the Valley, coaching physicians and healthcare professionals, mentoring future medical leaders, or advancing wellness initiatives through L.I.F.E., she remains committed to helping others thrive in mind, body, and spirit.

Brenda Bryson brings more than four decades of experience in healing, bodywork, and wellness to the retreat experience. A highly respected neuromuscular therapist for over 44 years, Brenda has dedicated her career to helping people reconnect with their bodies through pain relief, restorative touch, and holistic care.
With a background in pre-med studies and education, Brenda’s expertise spans a wide range of therapeutic modalities including Thai Massage, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular Therapy, yoga instruction, Healing Touch, and energy work. For 38 years, she has been part of the renowned wellness team at Canyon Ranch Tucson, where she cultivated a deeply intuitive and compassionate approach to healing.
Today, Brenda is passionate about bringing her decades of knowledge into a new and meaningful space — helping couples rediscover connection, sensuality, and intimacy through safe, nurturing touch and sensual massage experiences. Her work is grounded in the belief that pleasure, connection, and emotional safety are essential components of a thriving relationship.
