Starr Cochran is an intimacy and relationship coach, speaker, and author who helps individuals and couples reconnect with desire, deepen emotional intimacy, and create more meaningful relationships—especially in midlife and beyond.
After decades working as a financial professional, Starr discovered what many people eventually come to realize: success on paper doesn’t guarantee connection at home.
Her work now focuses on the conversations most people avoid—desire, aging, changing bodies, long-term relationships, and the intersection of love, sex, and money.
Known for her direct, honest, and deeply human approach, Starr creates a space where clients can explore what they truly want, communicate more openly, and rebuild connection in a way that reflects who they are today—not who they used to be.
She is the author of The Alchemy of Love, Sex, and Money at a Certain Age and speaks to audiences and couples about intimacy, confidence, and the evolving nature of relationships.
Starr works with clients privately, through workshops, and in immersive retreats designed to reignite connection and bring relationships back to life.
Starr graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Master of Education in Counseling. She is a Certified Sex Therapist and a Tantric Sex Instructor.
